Fixed Table editing and clearing

I have a fixed table component where I store all valuer details (name, email, telephone numbers etc.)

When I have to make updates, I have to manually delete each row before I can paste in the new table data. it would be useful if you could Ctrl+A within the component to clear all rows at once instead of one by one.
