Move Additional Information (Resource Pane) to Bottom Instead of Side

It would be an improvement if the Additional Information pane could move to the bottom rather than the side. It is harder to read text in a narrow vertical column, especially when there is a great deal of text. I also often need to create tables which become jumbled and useless when cramped within a small vertical space. Oftentimes I need the additional text to open PDFs or web URLs and those work well within a bottom-oriented pane that spans the width of the interview screen but doesn’t display property in a thin vertical pane.

Moderator AdminAgreed. We would like make the additional information pane generally more accessible and make it easier to access on a mobile device.
