Allow creating a template based on another template (cloning)

The workspace currently does not seem to allow simply creating a new template from another hotdocs template (i.e. cloning with another name). There are workarounds for this (finding the source template files, copy/renaming manually), but this looks like a simple enough function to integrate in the workspace tool that would make the experience smoother
