Need to bring back template manger (from HD classic) for the following reasons:
1) Ability to sort by used, unused and missing.
2) Ability to see which templates "share" variables to prevent duplicates.
3) Ability to easily copy an updated variable (and or dialog box) from one xxx.cmp to another.
4) Using the rename feature to propagate into xxx.cmp and xxx.docx files at the same time.
5) All other features currently in template manager not mentioned above.
