Answer summary to print friendly

Allow the Answer summary to print as displayed with Author templates. Currently the print captures only part of the answer summary.

We had this feature on an older version of HotDocs that we hosted on prem. Surprised to find it missing in HotDocs Advance. It's a rather important feature for us since, oftentimes, the person completing the interview needs to be able to send the answers to someone else (including folks who aren't active users of HotDocs) for quick review.
