Allow bulk deletion of work items
As well as allowing users to delete their own work items, it would be great if more than one work item could be selected for deletion at once. Just looking at the very painful process of deleting 400 work items one at a time.

As an admin, I often see many, may "test" work items, where users have tested a template at some point, and then left the work items in the list for years. It would be nice to have selectable checkboxes alongside the checkboxes, to give an admin (or the creator of that work item) the option to select and delete multiple work items at once. As it is now, I have to go in to each individual work item to delete it, which is quite time consuming. -

Barron K. Henley MergedWe have clients that handle high volumes and they would like a way to discard old work items by selecting many at a time and deleting them with one click. Unless I'm missing something, they currently have to be deleted 1 at a time.

Gene Turner MergedI want to delete a large number of work items. It would be great if I could select all those I want, and delete them at the same time, as it's very slow doing them one at a time.

Gene Turner MergedAt the moment it is VERY time consuming to delete work items, which has to be done one by one. With data security and privacy becoming so critical, and of much greater interest to insurers due to data breaches, there is a need to be able to better manage data and to delete old work items when they are no longer needed.
Being able to select large numbers of work items and delete them at once would be great.
To avoid accidental error, some other systems require you to type DELETE into a box before the deletion will take effect, or calculate the number of work items being deleted, and ask you to type that number into a box to confirm you want to delete that number. These would be great features too. -
